First off, I'm VERY hesitant to ever give a place a rating this low. So I'm not doing this to be a karen, this is merely to warn other customers who might have heirloom pieces made of delicate materials.
I went here on recommendation of a coworker and won't be returning and will let her know. I'm SO glad I didn't take my hermes scarves here. The wool and cashmere(hence 2 stars) seems fine but before I brought my guinea pig thrifted silk scarf(the one I have is on par with the quality and size as an hermes) I examined it VERY closely to ensure there were no snags from wearing it. I can say, without the slightest hint of doubt, that it went to them snag free.
