Sr Pete & Sons were referred to me from Eastern Shore Porch and Patio after having a porch enclosed. I wanted to have a Mitsubishi Electric mini split installed for heat and air. I purchased my home over 20yrs ago. I had central air but baseboard heat. This winter, my electric bill ran the highest it's ever been which prompted me to look into getting central heat. My old HVAC unit was a clunker and an eyesore(LOL) but it never broke down or needed major repairs and it got me thru over 20 summers. I obtained 3 estimates and S.R.
