Trainer Hope at the Salisbury location was amazing she understood the assignment! Hands down one of the best gym experiences Iβve ever had! Thanks for changing my life. π

Iβve been a member of this gym since right around 2019 I believe. Iβve always liked it but Iβve noticed lately that there are a LOT of treadmills that are out of service. Some donβt incline and some donβt work at all. Just this afternoon I had to try 3 before I found one that worked correctly. Can we try to get that issue resolved? Otherwise, Iβve always liked the gym and the staff is great!

I joined Pure about a year ago and have used the Salisbury, West OC and North OC locations. I also travel a lot and always visit gyms up and down the east coast so I consider myself a bit of a facility connoisseur. Salisbury Pure location is a palace of a gym. It can get busy during peak hours but in such a large facility it's usually not an issue. Just about any machine you can think of. West OC can get the most crowded and since it's a much smaller facility can feel cramped at peak hours. Being so close to OC I thought it would be worse I'm the summer but it's actually not. The north OC is my favorite. Primarily being because it seems to have the lowest number of regular members. It has everything I need and some things that are missing from West OC. The only complaint I have about North Ocean City is the lack of organization. Don't get me wrong. All of the pure facilities are kept very clean. But North Ocean City, the organization of the weight plates is very all over. Some days all of the weights will be at one end of the gym or some machines will have no weights at all and you have to go hunt for them. I understand that this is mostly due to people not properly re-racking their weights but it doesn't seem like the staff has any intervention. All of these are very small issues, hence why I still gave Pure fitness a five-star review. Billing is a little odd at every two weeks instead of monthly, but the cost comes out the same in the end.

Going to Pure Family Fitness is always a great experience. I primarily go there to use the treadmill while watching my iPad, anywhere from 4 to 7 days/wk. So I guess I've become something of a regular.
The front staff and trainers are always kind, warm, and generous with their time.
I suffer from severe social anxiety and I'm on the spectrum and it's often difficult, if not outright impossible for me to express simple courtesies to people, such as saying hello, it has nothing to do with how I feel about them, it's just a lifelong condition I deal with as best I can. Some days are better than others, but I refuse to avoid people because of it.
Many people interpret this as being haughty, arrogant, or uninterested in others. I've come to accept that, as it's much easier and socially acceptable than sharing the truth and trying to explain my issues.
The staff never fails to warmly greet me, despite my all too frequent reluctance to do the same, and whenever I have an issue they go to extreme lengths to resolve it, just as they would with anyone else.
Pure Family Fitness is a first class facility, well maintained, at a reasonable cost, and I unconditionally recommend PFF to those interested in a gym membership.
