I worked with several CPS through three different firms. The did my business taxes, payroll and personal taxes. My needs have changed as I have 1099 income. After moving to PKS I feel the service has diminished with errors that are coming at great financial cost. When I ask for estimates on quarterly payments they mess it up again and again. They don’t get it, my income varies so looking at last year leads to errors. Couldn’t get my bill to me when I moved. I paid way to much for the service provided.
