Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE VALUABLE HANDBAGS TO THEM. Honestly avoid this business all together. They had my $500 purse for what was supposed to be 5 days, turned into two weeks, then said it would be one month and that it was sent off to their “specialist”. That is not true. I asked for a refund and my uncleaned purse back so I could take it elsewhere after being given the run around by the owners. It was not until I called police while in the store that the whole “sent off to a specialist for one month cleaning” story fell through and my bag magically appeared as did my refund. Went there to get a zipper fixed and was charged $35. Picked up my jumper and put it on and seen a hole. I swear the hole wasn’t there. I called them immediately and they said come back. They told me the manufacture did it. They were rude and very unprofessional. They didn’t offer to fix it, just blamed the manufacturer. I will not recommend this place.
