Horrible !!!!
I brought in a new cocktail jacket to be pressed and cleaned. They got stains on it the first time and it was still wrinkled. I asked them to make it right and they still didn’t get the wrinkles out and this time it was covered in lint !!! I don’t think they did anything to it at all. This was just a waste of time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this business !!!!

Coming to this place make me want to wash my dress with my own hands , rude service, expensive and they tell you to sign something in case the clothes get ruined, I'm not paying for them to ruin my clothes, in that case I do it myself and ruined for free , another thing is that they offer alterations there but in reality you have to drive to Laurel she said to get the alterations, so why you have a big sign saying they do it if they don't?

I had a terrible experience at Phillips Cleaners this morning. I was greeted by only one worker who seemed to have no interest in helping me with my special requests. Despite my clear explanation of what I wanted, she rudely told me that they would simply follow the instructions on the label to clean my item. It was like she didn't even care to listen to my needs. . I regret not going to ZIPS Cleaners instead. Their customer service was fantastic and they understood exactly what I was looking for. I will never go back to Phillips and would not recommend this company to anyone. What a disappointment!
