The only thing I was disappointed with is not getting my glasses in an hour.Not sure when that changed.Had been quite a few years since I have done business with Lens Crafters.Hope to get my glasses quickly.Hoped to get them before the Christmas holidays.

I used to go to this place years ago. They were fantastic back then the only reason I stopped going to him was that they were further away from where I lived. I then proceeded to go to my local Walmart, which was far more convenient based on where I lived Unfortunately, Walmart has stopped at some locations doing physical doctors and resorted to doing remote doctor only The remote process is not as great and basically you will be rushed through and if there is connection issues not very clear.

Very happy with my visit. I was able to obtain an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice staff. Very thorough exam. Provider answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Recommend Dr Holloway and staff.
