Consistent and friendly. Their appointment and check in system is transparent and efficient. I appreciate their ability to handle walk-ins and deliver a consistent product. They keep basic notes on each client so you don't have to re-explain your hair or your style every time.

I took my younger brother in for a much-needed haircut. They listened to him and he got exactly what he wanted- he had been avoiding a hair cut because the stylists always take off more than he wants. We were checked in and out in a total of 20 or so minutes.

Danielle is a straight up baller. I called the store when I was going on my lunch break from work to make sure I could check in and be seen as soon as possible because I only had one hour. She answered my call, then greeted me at the door , and only needed 20 minutes to give me an amazing haircut. Highly recommend Danielle. As a sidenote, I personally prefer not to have any conversations when I’m getting my haircut and just zone out to music. Not once did she even attempt to have coffee talk with me, which I specifically appreciated.
