I went in for shampoo cut blow dry
I was informed there was no towels washed
If they were done washing when my cut was done I could get my hair washed then
NEVER got my hair washed
Hair wasn’t even dry after the blow dry
I was charged $49.00 for a spritz water spray cut and somewhat of a blow dry
My daughter and I are super grateful for Jess L. We had an appointment scheduled with a different stylist for a trim and homecoming updo. Unfortunately that stylist was out sick and the store left me a voicemail to reschedule that I didn't see. When we arrived, Jess L told us that they tried to reach out, but she would take care of us. She did the most amazing updo for my daughter and was just the sweetest. I would highly recommend her!!! Thanks again Jess L for your amazing work and outstanding customer service!
