I did not appreciate the tone of Taylor this morning. As I've been waiting for over a month and three visits for a pre authorization. Taylor rudely cut me off in the middle of my sentence. Put me on hold and passed the phone to Hannah who was very professional.
The service is very poor! When I checked out, she was making an appointment for another customer! I said I can wait for her to make an appointment first, or will she come together on both sides! Then make an appointment for me. I asked if I could come back a few days earlier. I won't be here for over a month and she's very impatient. She said you should do what your doctor asked you to do first, and then call back when you want to come back! Finally, I left and forgot to give me a blood test report, so I have to keep telling you! The office may be small in comparison to other private practices in the area, but it's huge on providing exceptional patient care.The office staff is always pleasant. They are responsive to my request to schedule an appointment in a timely manner when an unexpected illness arises. The Doctors, P.A., and CRNP go above and beyond to provide the best patient care available.
