The office may be small in comparison to other private practices in the area, but it's huge on providing exceptional patient care.The office staff is always pleasant. They are responsive to my request to schedule an appointment in a timely manner when an unexpected illness arises. The Doctors, P.A., and CRNP go above and beyond to provide the best patient care available.

Eastern Shore Medical Center has been my PCP for several years now, and I’ve never had any issues.The office staff is friendly and professional, whether I interact with them in person or over the telephone. Scheduling appointments is stress-free; I haven’t had to wait long to get in for an appointment.The wait times for scheduled appointments are consistent enough that I can schedule another appointment immediately after and feel confident that I can get in and out quick enough to make it to the other one on time.The waiting room and restrooms are clean and spacious and equipped with a television. This is an effective & small doctor's office. The staff are very busy most of the time, but when it is your turn they are very good at their job helping you for what you came in for. Someone expecting to be treated with "restaurant server hospitality" has unrealistic expectations, but they do their job correctly every time I have been there. That is what counts. I've been going here for over 16 years now.I use Dr. Satyal. He is rational. He will listen to all the details of what is causing you trouble, but won't pamper to your personal online research suggestions (which he shouldn't).
