Took my daughter to Crucial to get her septum pierced today. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. The piercer, Em, was awesome. Super knowledgeable, informative and caring. It was obvious that she is passionate about what she does. My daughter was nervous, but Em was very patient and answered all of her questions and did a great job of making her feel comfortable. Emily definitely gained herself some loyal customers today; we won’t be doing business with anyone else moving forward.

My sister, mother and I got our navel piercings done by Emily. She was absolutely wonderful, caring, careful and simply the best. She made sure we were well informed, felt comfortable and liked our piercings. Emily thank you so much, you have very soft hands, we are so happy you did our piercings...!

I am now up to 14 piercings, and I wouldn’t trust anyone the way I trust Em. She’s VERY knowledgeable about cleanliness, placement, jewelry, aftercare, and everything in between. I’ve gotten 4 piercings before today done by Em and every other experience before today hasn’t been anything short of incredible, hence why I drove an hour and a half for her, definitely knows her stuff!! Today I got my tragus and hidden helix, she’s performed my rook, conch, and double helix in the past and they’ve all healed nicely and people can tell they were done by someone that’s actually a professional!!
