A few months after moving to the area, our furnace went out. I was not familiar with any of the businesses in town, but was able to find who the previous owners used. I contacted Cool Runnings and they had technicians out very quickly. They did a great job in assisting our needs and keeping the cost down for us. It was a great experience. Fast forward and our hot water heater broke a few days ago. I once again contacted Cool Runnings and Aaron was here within a short time frame, assessed the situation and within the next day, they showed up with a new hot water heater. Aaron and his team did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The communication was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everything works perfectly, and the installation was done cleanly and on time.
