Two women who work behind the counter are extremely rude and ignorant. They shut the window on my sick mother and had her jump through completely made up hoops to get her medication. I’d be ashamed to have people like them working for my business
I have been dealing with American home patient with my CPAP, for almost 2 years. I have only experienced great customer service from this location and also on the phone. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had! I received a bill from them in the amount of $450.00 with no explanation for service and what was paid or reimbursed form medicare. I called the number for question at least seven times all with wait time hold of 12 to 20 plus minutes. No option to leave a message to have someone call you back. I finally just gave up. I only received one bill from them and did not pay it since I needed explanation. The next billing I received was from a collection agency. Can you imagine! I'm going to contact the attorney generals office. This is a totally unacceptable and unethical way to run a business.
