This was my first visit. My hair was gold with dark roots and grays. I had no idea who was going to be my stylist. My experience was especially great because of Charlie. He introduced himself, was warm, welcoming, hospitable, kind. Friendly, funny, enthusiastic, attentive, meticulous and is a true genius with color and an Artist with 34 years of experience. I gave him creative license to do whatever he thought was best for my hair. He knew exactly what to do to make my hair look more natural and soft and took his time and executed the multi step coloring and cut with precision. Last week I was in desperate need of color and cut before weekend and they told me they have a new stylist (Charlie) with lots of experience, so took a chance and booked for next day. The color was great and his cut was possibly the best I’ve ever had! He definitely has a new regular…just fantastic experience!?
