“Scarlett, our foster/ fail Malamute mix just came back from a first time stay at Interlude Pet Resort. It’s been a long while since I’ve boarded a dog . Scarlett seemed to love the staff , was not anxious to leave the office area upon pick up and looked great( not stressed or pulling for the door). That was a vivid testimony to the facility staff care, education and professionalism.“

We have found the staff to be very professional, very accommodating, responsive and responsible. We love the daily postings of extra playtime that we always sign up for. The facility & very nice & appears secure with extra layers of gates. They are very positive.“

“We have a VERY anxious and challenging dog to groom. We had been turned away by so many groomers in the area because of our dog's difficult temperment and we were losing hope, afraid we'd never find someone to help with him. Even our vet only recommended sedated grooming! We saw Tori at Bark and Bath and she was so patient and gentle towards him. She really understands the needs of anxious dogs and you can see her training in this area through her gentle approach. She went above and beyond, not only grooming his basic needs, but styling him and making us all feel comfortable. We are so grateful and will be taking him back to her again! We do miss the convenience of their mobile service, but the in person visit was much more affordable and we had a great experience!“

“A couple of weeks ago I had the amazingly fortunate opportunity to meet the employees here in the most random and ridiculous way.

While traveling back home to VA with my 90 year old Aunt, natured called for her at the worst time. With no other shops in sight, I made the decision to pull over to these shops. The Papa John’s next door wouldn’t/couldn’t allow for my Aunt to use their facilities. So, in my most desperate attempt, I went next door and was met with the kindest most understanding staff. I explained the situation and they helped without a second thought. What they didn’t know was this happened several times on our way back home and we were exhausted and desperate. If they have the compassion for us travelers, I can only imagine the love they have for your furry babies.

We owe them for the clean car seat they allowed us to have. We thanked them profusely and still felt that wasn’t enough for what they did for us. Thank you to this amazing crew!! I hope you never have to some across this same episode again.?“

“The staff here is amazing! They take care of your dog like it’s their own. My boy is so excited as soon as I turn into the driveway. We use them for grooming and to kennel. He is content and happy when we pick him up!!“
