“Wonderful experience. I have a son on the spectrum and usually cut his hair as going to a shop can be difficult for him.. We saw Nancy and she was absolutely brilliant with him. Price was great, parlor was clean. They have hung dividers between each chair to assist with COVID spread (would have liked to see additional panels between the front desk/waiting area and the first seats, but otherwise it was really great). Hr3at reporte with customers as they come in. Would definitely recommend Nancy.“

My stylist was professional and knowledgeable about the two treatments I had completed (color \\u0026 styling) The salon staff was also professional, the environment was clean, further COVID-19 was taken seriously. I felt very comfortable in the space, social distancing was enforced in a polite manner. It was clear the number one priority were their patrons well being, I appreciated that greatly. “Attended my first paint and sip party yesterday hosted by Pizazz Hair and Art Studio and it was awesome. I didn't know what to expect, but upon arrival I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming and relaxing. Chantell had everything set up with your canvas and all of your brushes, she even had refreshments ready and invited you to enjoy them whenever you were ready. She gave great instructions/ suggestions on how to start your painting to get a good finished product. the atmosphere was light and fun. I truly enjoyed my time there, and YES I will attend another one. Thanks Chantell for a very pleasant afternoon.“

“This was my first time at the salon in Ft. Washington. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and asked who I was here to see. Ari was my stylist. She seemed kind but you could tell that she was bothered by having more than one client. Her other client asked her how long it would be and she just ignored her. I asked how often I should come to get my locs retwisted and she said she didn't know. I would have given this salon 5 stars if it weren't for her. She does a good job but needs to work on time management and try to answer questions to the best of her ability or ask another stylist. Mahogany saw that i had been waiting a bit to get the final touches done to my hair and stepped in to take the pins out, oil and do my edges. I will definitely return to the salon to get my hair done but I will not go back to Ari.“

She gave me exactly what I came for, and even though my gray was being stubborn, she went the extra mile to get it exactly right. I've gone to two other places and the Lash Critic is by far the best! Have you ever had a lash bath??? You're missing a treat! When I had my other lashes removed, (installed from another place), they did not hurt. Nitra was very patient and caring about my lashes. The new installation was very relaxing and the eyebrow henna achieved the desired result. This is my new place for anything relating to my eyes because Nitra is the BEST!“
