“I recently got a perm that was intended to give me a beach-wave look. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were laughing, communicating with one another, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun.

Initially, my hair took the perm solution a little differently than expected, so the curls ended up tighter than I had envisioned. I was worried at first, but after reaching out to the salon, the owner was so kind and accommodating. She fit me into her schedule that same week, listened to my concerns, and helped soften the curls into the beachy waves I originally wanted.

It says a lot about a business when they genuinely care about their clients' happiness. Everyone treated me wonderfully, made me feel heard, and went above and beyond to make sure I loved my final result. Great atmosphere, great people, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!“

“Worst place ever, I was trying to see if I could get scheduled in to get my haircut and the lady said they were completely booked for the day and didn’t offer to make an appointment for a later date and refused to let me use the restroom after I drove 30mins to get over to this location. She looked me up and down like I was white trash because I was wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I’m pregnant I was treated with disrespect for my appearance my husband and myself are in law enforcement and this was completely inappropriate. I will never be coming back to this establishment again. Wish the best luck for anyone who comes here.“
