Cannot express enough appreciation for ServPro throughout this entire mess so far. When I got home from vacation on the evening of July 9th I discovered a burst pipe. I bought my first home less than 2 years ago and this was just devastating for me with damage to my main floor, kitchen, and basement. I got in contact with ServPro through my insurance the morning of the 10th and they were out here at 9am on the 11th. Even with countless claims from all of these awful storms we’re having. Our Home flooded after a waterline broke. We were not home so the entire house flooded for over 24 hours. We never experienced anything like this before, Servpro was contacted to do clean up and demo. They were on site within an hour with equipment to dry the house out, clearly explained the process and gave me suggestions on how to work with the insurance company. This professionalism and care continued through the process. I found the Servpro staff to be responsive and helpful, especially their onsite tech Chelsea. She is knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated and very professional. I would not hesitate to call the company again for any water issues.
