I just used this office for my basement that flooded from my sump pump failing. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and they were always on time for any appointments. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Great Customer service . Crew that came out took very good care of me an my home . The crew let me know everything that was being done and needed to be done . They let me know when they will be coming back. An they informed me of what steps to take next to get my home back in order . Thank you Servpro of Perry hall for everything.

We had a pipe crack and it had been dripping onto the sub floor in the crawl space for a few hours before we found it. Servpro came out within a few hours of us calling and got everything dried up. They were on time each day they came by to check the water readings as well as when they came to pick the equipment up. Would absolutely use them again.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
