Flood Solutions was the first company that my husband contacted when we had a flood in our basement. When they arrived, Brian who was the service technician was very professional. He advised us the cause of the flood after carefully checking. He gave us the best options and solutions when dealing with the insurance company. After all the work he had to do I couldn't have been more satisfied, he went above and beyond, job well done. I would definitely recommend this company.
We worked with Flood Solutions twice this year, for mold remediation due to water damage in our kitchen from the dishwasher leaking and most recently for water damage and mold in our basement due to a crack in the foundation. I was a bit apprehensive for the initial visit but I felt at ease with Megan from the initial consultation. Megan and her team on both occasions were exceptional, they were very professional, effective & efficient and were very respectful of us and our home( (They even wore footies to keep our house clean ). We are hoping that we do not have any future water damage and mold issues but if we do, we will definitely be contacting Flood solution !!...read full review
