Phenix Salon Suites

My stylist has been occupying a space in this particular salon suites for about four months now and I've visited her here 2x thus far. One thing I noticed and don't care for is the front door isn't locked. I've been to another Phenix location and I had to use an access code to enter. It made me feel more secure. That said, otherwise, these salon suites are very clean and most occupants stick to their own space. The rooms seem to be insulated/sound proofed some, because I can never hear other people making noise nearby, making for a good experience!

Before arriving to salon, I called to make sure walk-ins were accepted. We walked in and showed the hair stylist what I wanted. She stated she was too busy while she was looking at me from head to toe. She mentions that there's multiple businesses next door that I can go check out. So, as we were walking, we came across the nail salon door. As We were greeting the nail tech, she suddenly blurts " step back", as she was moving her hands back and forth. Her next words were "who let you in? Was the door locked when you walked in", I had told her it wasn't Locked and that if I was there it was because I had called and they told me to walk in.... read full review

I had to wait to be let in by a customer, but I didn't let thsy deter my feelings on meeting my new nail artist. LeiLei was so sweet during the whole process. She treated me with the upmost and even educated me on the proper nail care. She explaine the services to me since I was oblivious to what exactly I wanted for my vow renwal. She did such an excellent job I told her I would be back. She also does a coworker of mine's nails and just knew she had style and class. Even more so her spirit is warm and inviting.
