5 stars fro start to finish!! Spilled a full cup of steaming coffee on my carpet and I said to my self, well there goes your security deposit. A quick yelp and Google search for a carpet cleaning company brought me to this guys. I called pretty bummed and freaked out. I was answered immediately (8:30AM mind you) and spoke to Mike (Later on I found out he's one of the owners). He calmed me down said not to panic, told me they don't have anyone available until late afternoon but that they'll be sure to put me on they're scheduled the very same day. About 30 minutes later Mike called to let me know that all of the technicians were booked but instead of letting me down he said that he'll come and take care of in person. I was so impressed with his customer service and shocked by his dedication. After the carpet cleaning service was done the stain was completely gone, the carpet looked as if nothing happened to it and Mike made sure that all was taken care of. I highly recommend this company, good people are a rare commodity this days, this folks won't let you down. 5 stars all the way!

Tony the Project Manager for UGC water damage Restoration, was outstanding in quickly responding to our bathroom emergency, with water removal and the removal of all decontaminated materials from all the affected areas, and finally with the thorough drying process. Tony followed protocol thoroughly. He kept us informed at each step of the way via phone, text, email and in person. Communication was easy. I strongly recommend Tony and UGC water damage Restoration.
