After asking my very successful cousin for a tax preparer, I received their information. My business partner and I are launching our business at the beginning of 2026. We wanted to speak to a CPA. We scheduled a 15 minute conversation for the next day at 8:30 am. No one called. We called them. The person took our call and classified it as urgent internally and said someone would be calling. And still no one called. Very unprofessional.

Honestly I have never left a bad review on Google but this time I have to make sure that any potential new client knows the facts before they decide to employ Mr. Stephen Bradford from Taxmasters. This was the third year I was planning to have my taxes processed although originally my experience with him was not so great since it was really hard to get in touch with him. I spend $1200/year min. and still have to call hundreds of times to get in touch with your tax professional but with no luck. This year was the last straw. I have literally sent more than 20 emails to Mr. Bradford to get my 2019 taxes amended but he is still ghosting me. I sent an email also to the manager...read full review
