This no-nonsense haircut shop is a well kept secret. As someone who relocated from DC and being used to “salon experience”, I was a shocked by the price/quality gap I found in Rockville. Rollins Barber offers a broad range of hairstyles so long as you communicate what you want explicitly. Each stylist is experienced and efficient (25min tops per haircut). I am a comb and scissor person and my haircuts grow nicely after a few weeks. If you’re someone with busy schedule, but don’t want to compromise on your appearance, this place is for you.
