I have a child who has significant anxiety during dental procedures, and his inability to stay calm and still made dental work something we all dreaded. We came to Dr. Horng’s practice looking for someone who would be able to help my son stay calm and get the dental care he needed. They have gone above and beyond in this regard. My son had easy and painless cavity and crown work done, and today we had a follow up and cleaning, and both my boys had a great time. The dentists are so kind and treat children like people, unlike our previous dentist, whose main orientation toward my kid was to say “hold still”. So glad we’re going here, and we plan to stay!
If I can give them more than 5stars I would. We’ve been going here ever since my son was diagnosed w autism. All of the staff, dentist, hygienist, assistants are very patient, accommodating and super nice! A safe space for everyone indeed! I was worried we’ll be judged as we were in most of the places we go. But they’re all awesome! They’re all great in handling a stressful situation and made sure that my son was really comfortable. One of the staff even stayed w my son the whole process and soothed him. I am so happy and will recommend them!
We were back here just a few days ago and they’re always prepared for every situation. Awesome people!
Great, impressive customer service. Staff were very nice and accommodating. My 3yr old child had her dental surgery so Me and my husband was a little bit nervous about the procedure but all the staff make us feel that everything will be fine and we dont need to worry. Great experience
