I have always had a bit of a wait time, but that is simply because my provider is very detailed with her care. Nurse Levin is quick to respond to messages through the portal and helpful whenever I have a problem. She really listens to what I have to say and I have always felt like she cared about my whole person as a patient. Having the RIMG lab in house is so convenient and the lab results come back very quickly. I cannot recommend this practice enough! It is so wonderful! The staff, Nurses, and Medical Assistants are wonderful and treat the patients with such kindness. Its location is convenient. RIMG is wonderful!

My mother is almost 70 years old and has diabetes and has been seeing this Dr. Wu for quite some time and can’t seem to ever be seen in person. It’s getting to the point where I am concerned for her health. Just today she called because she had symptoms again a couple of days ago, where she feels very sick almost like food poisoning. She was told that she would be getting a call back today and hasn’t heard back. There is such a lack of concern for the patients. I understand they must be busy, but this is ridiculous. I have been a patient at RIMG for close to 20 years. Though I live about 40 miles away, I am willing to make the trip because their doctors care, are professionals, treat patient with kindness and compassion and listen well. I will continue to see Drs Pollock and Tanenholz as long as I am able. You can count on excellent treatment from them.
