I want to start off my saying my nail artist was a very nice woman and very sweet. But… this was the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten in a very long time. I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and have been doing them myself for the last 3. This is for a special occasion so i figured I’d treat myself to a mani and pedi.It too 3 hours from start to finish. She cut me several times. I’ve never had a painful pedicure and this was hurt, a lot. The worst part was the alcohol spray at the end. The manicure wasn’t any better. My nail beds are flooded and there are clear streaks on my nails. The polish has bubbles and is not smooth. I’m heart broken...read full review

I was very happy with the first service I had there. I had gel manicure done and it was immaculate .However, the second time around sucked. I was surprised as I went to the same nail tech. She was rude (yanked my hand & hurt my nail as she tried to push the cuticle away). No apologies whatsoever.Service: Gel manicures
