I had faux sofa cushions recovered to extend the life of a couch I truly love and is also used as a sofa bed for family and guests. I contacted Mill End hoping to schedule service to an electric drapery rod (purchased elsewhere and who would not return my calls). Not only did Elliot schedule service within a few days, he contacted me again with an easy fix 1 day after my initial call. A great experience!
