only gave me my tax returns at 1130pm on tax day, despite me being on time and responding to all requests. ignored any of my questions trying to understand my taxes. no proactive communication. so stressful!!

Very Expensive!!! Late getting returns done in time, Under staffed and blames customer when returns are delivered in a timely bases. Michael Cohen in particular was unpleasant and blamed everyone but himself for company being understaffed and getting returns completed late. they charge $350 per hour plus $150 for any phone calls - Extremely expensive!!! i feel that they took advantage of a senior by over charging. I would not recommend their services .

We have been clients for close to 20 years, throughout job changes and moves, and have appreciated the personal interest, patience and thoroughness of everyone we have worked with. Eric Cohen has always made himself available and has made us feel like part of his family. We have complete faith in him and many of his recommendations have benefitted us greatly.
