I love my stylist, Jennifer! She is always so welcoming, kind, and professional. She makes the best recommendations, and I am always pleased with the outcome. My hair always looks great!
This is my first time in the Rockville location. And I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer who I found absolutely friendly, professional, and She provided me expert consultation with my hair color and listened to my wishes for a more natural look. She adjusted my normal color number to a more lighter tone. And now I have a new favorite 4.5 number!! Thank you, Jennifer for a fabulous experience and I have switched up my default location to the Rockville color bar because of her. Already booked in two weeks time!!
This was not the experience I was expecting.
This was my first time visiting MadisonReed and was excited to get my hair colored. My colorist was somewhat friendly and we spent time talking about products, which I appreciated. I asked about hair bleaching and did not feel I got a clear answer. The real kicker was she kept suggesting I sign up for the membership. Numerous times. She suggested we put it on the tab and if I wanted to remove it at the end I could. It felt obnoxious.
Then the colorist disappeared and I was called over to get my hair washed. I never saw the colorist again. I am used to the colorist coming back and talking... read full review
