I joined Kicks Karate some time after my kids signed up and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had plenty of other adult students like myself, of all ages and ability levels. The instructors are good at customizing the lessons for everyone's level of training, and I feel like I'm always learning a lot while also getting great exercise and becoming stronger, even though I never thought of myself as the athletic type.

We’ve had a great experience with Kicks Karate! Eli really enjoys coming to class and looks forward to it each week. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and do a great job keeping the him engaged while teaching discipline, confidence, listening skills, and respect.
