Dr Morris and the receptionist (I do not know his name) were exceptionally cordial and professional. Dr Morris created ear molds for both of my ears.The process was efficient and painless. He explained every step in the process and fitted the molds today. They fit perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with the process. I would recommend this office to anyone needing audiology services.
I have been going here for many years and the doctors and staff are very responsive and accommodating. Dr. Morris has made numerous adjustments to my hearing aids to tailor them to my needs and the staff have been very helpful setting and adjusting appointments as needed.
