Under new management... and the new folks are really great! First, the layout of the front part of the store has been greatly improved. The shop also serves as the pick-up point for packages for people who live in the building, and with the old layout, there would often be a bit of a log-jam in front of the counters, but the new owners have taken the time to rearrange things in a thoughtful way to improve the flow through the store and provide faster service. The new management is very friendly and very much dedicated to making sure their customers are happy - it's a pleasure to be able to patronize a small local business like this one. If you're in the Grosvenor Park neighborhood, give them a try - my own experience has been great, and I hope yours is too!

I am so tired of poor customer services these days, and this place is one more to add to the list. I was trying to call there for an entire day, and the line would ring and ring - not even an answering machine. Since I had to stop at the market anyway, I resorted to driving over there (and when I pulled up, there were no parking spaces). I finally got in the store, only to find an Asian woman chatting away on the phone, which is probably the reason I could not get through all day. I stood there for about 5 minutes before she paused from her telephone conversation to help me. Unbelievable! I don't think I'll be back.
