I saw Romina for my lashes extensions I wanted done for a vacation I had in January, and absolutely had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. First and foremost I requested an appointment super last minute knowing there was a possibility I wouldn’t be confirmed for it but Romina was amazing! Romina was an amazing lash tech. She did my lashes the way I wanted them! I fell in love with her services and with her amazing customer service. The area was SPOTLESS which made the experience 10x better!! 10/10

I was rescheduled 3 times by Romina. I showed up today 8/1 and she was a no-show. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern shown by her.
