I love how Anne cuts my hair, which tends to be fine and she finds ways to add back volume. She always gives me a head massage during the shampoo and it really relieves the tension in my head and neck. She is super responsive to text messages which is great because my work schedule is a little demanding and I've had to reschedule hair appointments at the last minute. “i have really short nail beds so i never thought my natural nails could look this nice. mai (sp?) took her time, listened to my feedback, and did everything with a detailed eye. she also spent a really long time making sure my cuticles were pushed back and clipped, and they accommodated me last minute as well. i’m super nitpicky but i can’t find anything to nitpick! will definitely be back
