I have been seeing Dr Gross for my eyes for at least 20 years and have never had a bad experience. She’s very professional and clearly explains what’s going on with my eyes. She’s also very caring and nice to talk with. I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs eye care.

As always, Dr. Gross and her staff were very professional, courteous, considerate, thorough and efficient during my recent annual evaluation office visit. The office is always clean and neatly organized and provisions are available for the patient's comfort. I am confident that the upcoming cataract surgery I have scheduled is being handled by the very best ophthalmologist. I experienced another pleasant office visit with Dr. Gross and her staff.

DR Gross is exceptional! The best in Frederick County. The receptionists are the worst in Frederick County. They were abrupt, rude and unpleasant both upon our arrival and our departure. This is sad since our experience with previous receptionists was extremely pleasant and professional. The front office ladies need to be replaced.
