I came in after losing a lot of my brow hair due to stress and over-plucking in my twenties. I was nervous about getting permanent makeup because I didn’t want them to look fake or overly dark. Clarissa was kind, patient, and really informative. She walked me through everything and custom-mixed the shade to match my skin tone. The results were beautiful and soft—exactly what I hoped for.
