I've done business with Carpet Cleaning Express LLC several times, and I maintain using them because they do the job well, charge a fair fee, and provide wonderful customer service. I recently chose to have this team clean a sectional that I was considering replacing. The couch appears so much cleaner and lighter. I don't anticipate ever using a different carpet cleaning service.
My apartment complex's carpeted stairways and entryway tile needed to be cleaned. Because parking is limited, they employed portable equipment. The tile and grout look fantastic, and everything was really clean. More affordable than any other company I called, the pricing was excellent. Without a doubt, I'll utilize this business again.
Responsive owner, flexible scheduling, crew was on time and polite. Carpet liked much better after cleaning, but two of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried which was disappointing.
