Jana is a true professional! She has spent over a year in formal education and has honed her craft for over 10 years, and it shows. Many other places substitute physical pressure (during the massage) for skill, and there is a misconception that a “good” massage has us leaving the practice sore. Never again! Visiting Benicka-Therapeutic Massage made me realize I can leave after a massage both relaxed and not in pain. I also appreciate how Jana takes the time to sit with you before—and even after!—the massage to make sure she understands your needs. I would highly recommend visiting Benicka-Therapeutic Massage!

Highly recommend Jana! New to the area and looking for a massage therapist, I saw some posts on Facebook with raves about Benicka Massage. I booked an appointment, and Jana got me in right away.
