We have used Audio Visual Actions to conduct an annual live ceremony for the last 5 years now, and we will continue to use them in the future. They offer prompt, courteous customer service, and are extremely knowledgeable from a technical stand-point. They work whatever hours we need; often we will have a 5 am call time, and they are usually their waiting when I arrive. They offer a full range of services and rentals from stages to media risers, video cameras, lighting, monitors, audio mixers, etc. They TD the event and live switch the program on the monitors, as well as livestream to our Youtube and Facebook page. They provide lower third graphics where needed, or take any graphics we have created and switch them into the program. And beyond all this, they are kind, patient people with great attitudes. I will never hesitate to use them for any event. In fact, we are ramping up to do more live ceremonies per year starting this year, and I intend to have AV Actions provide their services wherever possible.
