I just had, Nate , from Rock Hall Computer Repair here at my home, on short notice, to fix a few desktop issues. He immediately identified the issues and resolved them. He was able to help me with my Alexa settings and my car navigation update as well. I highly recommend trusting his expertise and computer knowledge. An incident we experienced with a phone call to ??? left us very concerned about whether or not a virus could have been attached to our computer. Nate spent several hours running virus removal software. We are confident our unit is OK
Brought in a laptop where the screen had peeled away from the shell, something that neither I or RHCR had ever seen happen before. They got the screen cleaned, remounted, and working as good as new. And with a better adhesive than the manufacturer had used. Excellent work, this coming from a fellow computer geek.
