One of the best gyms I've experienced in my 30 years of gym memberships. It has a large variety of dumbbells, barbells, and stationary equipment which is so very clean and well maintained.
I recently started going to NLX; very professional environment, clean areas, and up to date equipment. The size is intimate and small, but enough for everything y I would need. My only complain is that often times at night there are people sitting on the floor by some of the equipment. They’re not particularly working out, but more of having a social hour. Other than that I’m impressed with the gym so far.
I was referred to Tony at NLX by a friend because I was struggling with being plateaued in my weight loss and afraid to work out alone due to breast cancer reconstruction issues. Working out with Tony and using his meal plans has been amazing! I am able to work out in the gym again with no fear of injuring areas from past surgeries. He is extremely knowledgeable in the human body and muscles, empathetic, supportive, always has time to answer a question and follows up as promised. The gym is clean, the staff upbeat, everyone is so nice & positive. I can’t say enough good things about how great this first month has been.
