I want to leave a TEN STAR review for the staff at Hoot!!! My AC went out before the holiday weekend and my house was over 80 something degrees hot. They had to order an entire motor so I had to wait a few days. Well I called the Monday after the weekend and Rachel who answered the phone was the nicest lady omg she was a sweetie! She told me yes she spoke with our landlord and the part was ordered. The very next day (Today Tuesday) my tech Dillon came out and proof he had it installed and running in under an hour! Hoot Heating and Air just came over to complete my spring system checkup. Dylan did a great job - very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood how my system works and gave me tips on how to operate it throughout the changing seasons. I totally recommend this company for anyone considering a new hvac system. They are very responsive and professional!

Hoot was a great choice - very happy with every aspect of the install - from the initial and subsequent meetings with Brian, to Ken and the crew that did the install, no complaints at all. They were not the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but they designed and upgraded our two old heat pumps in a way that best suited our needs, and so far thrilled with the results. The install crew was outstanding. Mind you, they installed during the major cold snap, not some warm, balmy day. Many trips back and forth, I offered to let them short cut through the house, or come in to warm up, Rather than mess up the house, they walked around the house through... read full review
