I want to leave a TEN STAR review for the staff at Hoot!!! My AC went out before the holiday weekend and my house was over 80 something degrees hot. They had to order an entire motor so I had to wait a few days. Well I called the Monday after the weekend and Rachel who answered the phone was the nicest lady omg she was a sweetie! She told me yes she spoke with our landlord and the part was ordered. The very next day (Today Tuesday) my tech Dillon came out and proof he had it installed and running in under an hour! Hoot Heating and Air just came over to complete my spring system checkup. Dylan did a great job - very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood how my system works and gave me tips on how to operate it throughout the changing seasons. I totally recommend this company for anyone considering a new hvac system.
