Drayer Physical Therapy Institute

I was a patient at Drayer I Manchester, PA for a few weeks and have to write about my experience. On my first visit, a young man named Truth was very helpful with getting me started. Then my therapist Erin was so helpful with and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. My other therapist was Tori and she was the same. They really helped me with my balance. They also gave me a list of exercises I could do at home. I have a brother, 89 Y/O in Virginia who is ill and I have to go visit. Just want say how much I appreciate what they did for me and will recommend Drayer to others.

I highly recommend Drayer PT. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Kelly who is so kind. I was fortunate to have worked with 4 different therapists throughout my time at Drayer. Each one demonstrated professionalism, kindness and respect, and was knowledgeable about my physical issue. I always felt comfortable to ask questions and was able to meet my goals fairly quickly. If I had a problem with scheduling, Kelly was willing to try and do what she could to make it convenient for me. I feel so much better now then when I started, and know what to do to keep improving. Kelly at the desk gets to know you like you've been friends forever while providing the best customer service. Truly, ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful throughout your whole time as a patient. HIGHLY recommend if you need therapy or are having pain to make an appointment with the Drayer team!
