Great company, great experience. I had them come out to pump the septic system and they called to say that there appeared to be water running in the house. Because we were away for awhile, Mike went above and beyond and went in, turn off the problem toilet and saved the day and our water bill. The office communicates well, the technician cared, and the company as a whole saved me money, time and stress. Thank you Ken Burns Sanitation.
