While it took a long time to get a technician out here (we were using a home warranty to schedule) when Harold came out he was courteous and professional and it was fixed in no time.

Harold from Stella Electric installed our new EV charger. He and his assistant made it look easy, our charger was installed quickly and professionally. Firstly, I want to apologize to the administrators/folks running the show whose blood pressure I probably raised as a client.
I was initially hesitant to work with them due to some scheduling issues with Stella and my home warranty service. This problem is specific to Stella's dealings with home warranty holders because they cannot schedule appointments with clients through their usual booking system, so times are assigned without consultation. My schedule was changed several times, I became frustrated, left a negative review, and ultimately canceled the service with Stella.
