Responsive, efficient, on schedule, and price and work quality are great. Refinished floors look beautiful! Being a woman- and minority-owned company adds to the appeal. Kudos to Monica and team!
New to the area and pleased with Shumba Floors work. They delivered great results, but the real reason they get 5 stars is their communication and flexibility. I needed a company who could provide a full service experience as I would not yet be in the area when the work needed to be done. Monica from Shumba Floors went above and beyond to pickup up the flooring from the supplier, ensure the crews had access to he house, and provided updates via phone, text, and video. She ensured the job was completed and was always willing to answer any questions I had.

We contracted Shumba to refinish the hard wood floors in two rooms. They did an amazing job and the floors look better than they ever have before. Monica Chiduza, Shumba's President, was professional and an absolute delight to work with. We will absolutely come back to Shumba for future floor work.
