Boarded my dogs here recently. I love the process of them coming to you while you sit in your car. You just call the # and they come pick up or drop off your pet. Our drop off was a little chaotic because there was a torrential downpour. The young lady had to run back and forth with forms for us to fill out ( although we had previously filled them online). Then to grab our food ( or they feed your dogs their selection at no additional cost). Then to grab our pets ( husky and a German Shepherd). She handled both dogs well. I love this place. It is run with such efficiency.
I am so happy they requested vaccination records for my dog and every other dog being there. It just shows they are watching out for their customers.
They have a wonderful and caring staff who watch over the dogs while they are there.
I Love that when they return your dog,they give a verbal report of how your pet did for the time he was there.
We took our 16 week puppy for his first groom today. I was not sure about leaving him for his groom and what his reaction would be. He came out looking refreshed and happy. The groomer called and told us about a small spot on his nose area which was discovered after trimming his face and removing some built up eye discharge ( all normal stuff) and then the manager came out as well to make sure we were aware. I really appreciated their attentiveness . The groomer also gave us some ideas to help ease him into his longer appointments when he gets a little older . I would highly recommend for grooming !! We will definitely be using RBK for all future grooming .
