We were assigned Elvis GC by Remi Roofing, who is the company authorized by our solar panel company to work with their solar panels. I was a bit concerned that we wouldn't be assigned a very good company because Remi is a national company hiring local contractors.
HOWEVER, Elvis GC was fantastic!
The customer service was exceptional, timely, and patient (I had a lot of questions about roof replacement). The guys on site were amazing, polite, and hugely efficient. You can’t ask for a more honest company! I had ceiling damage from what I was sure was a gutter or roof issue. I called Elvis General Construction 3 hours before storms rolled in. They sent their top roof guys out for a free estimate! They were prepared to fix some flashing under a dormer but told me nothing was leaking! I’ve had multiple roofers look at my roof over the last year and every single one has told me something different. I know I’ve got an old roof that needs work, and Elvis could have taken advantage of my situation, but they were totally honest! It’s hard to find that level of integrity these days.
