Cutest salon with the best cosmologist around. My daughters are very different, one is silky blonde with highlights, the other punk rock red shag. Belinda nails it every time, for both of them, she always understands the assignment. Her shop is in a great location, plenty of parking, reasonably priced, and good hours. Literally couldn't be better.
